Booking Guarantee
To finalize the reservation, the hotel is entitled to request a 50% deposit. The deposit can be paid by debit or credit card, bank transfer, or by a SZÉP card issued in the name of a guest included in the reservation. The booking is considered valid only after a successful card transaction or once the deposit has been received by the deadline. Otherwise, the Guest will be informed if no deposit payment is required.
Cancellation Terms
You may cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. After this period, a fee of 50% of the total booking amount will be charged, unless otherwise stated by the hotel in the confirmation. In case of late cancellation, the paid deposit and/or the card details provided at the time of booking may be used to cover the penalty.
