General Game Rules
The organizer of the Game: Kristály Hotel Kft. (8400 Ajka, Korányi u. 20.) (hereinafter: “Organizer”)
1. Eligibility to participate
Only natural persons who are domestic residents in terms of currency regulations, legally competent, have reached the age of 16, and do not fall under the persons specified in Section 14 may participate in the prize game organized by the Organizer (hereinafter: Game).
2. Duration of the Game
The duration of each game is always indicated in the specific post.
3. Promotion mechanism and conditions for winning
Any person who meets the conditions described in Section 1 and visits the Hotel Kristály**** Facebook page during the Game period may participate in the Game. The Player’s task is to complete exactly the task specified in the promotional post of the prize game, for example by commenting under the post and answering the question asked in the text. One Player may win only once during the entire duration of the Game.
4. Prize and drawing
Within 3 days following the closure of the Game, the Organizer selects the winners in the manner specified in the post (e.g. based on number of votes, random draw, etc.).
Only Players who have acted in accordance with Section 3 during the Game period participate in the selection.
The date of the draw is specified by the Organizer in the post.
5. Participants
Players who fully comply with the Game Rules during the period defined in Section 2 may participate in the Game. The Organizer examines the winners based on the conditions of the Game Rules, and if a Player does not meet the requirements, the Player may be excluded from the Game.
6. Eligibility for prizes
In the event of any dispute regarding a Player’s eligibility for a prize, the decision of the Organizer shall prevail.
7. Contact
In case of any complaint or remark related to the prizes, the Winner may contact the Kristály Hotel Ajka Facebook page via private message.
8. Abuse
If during the Game there is suspicion of abuse or significant unfair conduct that may allow misuse, the Organizer reserves the right to suspend or exclude the Game and/or the unfair Player, or to cancel the Game.
9. Notification of winners
Within 48 hours after the prize draw, the Organizer notifies the winners selected from the Facebook participants in the manner specified in the relevant prize game text and informs them about the details of prize collection. By participating in the Game, Players automatically accept these rules.
10. Prize collection
Prizes may only be collected after recording the personal data of the winner, following notification of winning, as described below. Prizes must be redeemed and collected in person. Participants undertake to verify their eligibility with an official identification document and cooperate with the Organizer to ensure prize delivery. If a winner fails to collect the prize within the specified deadline, the Organizer may select an alternate winner.
11. Exclusion due to incorrect data
The Organizer may exclude a Player if the prize cannot be delivered due to false or incorrect personal data provided by the Player. The Organizer bears no responsibility for consequences arising from incorrect data provided by the Player.
12. Legal capacity
If a winner has limited legal capacity, substantive matters related to the prize or prize collection may only be handled together with their legal representative. If a winner lacks legal capacity, only their legal representative may act on their behalf.
13. Handling of prizes
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Winners are not subject to personal income tax obligations related to the prize. Any tax obligations (PIT and health contributions) arising from the prize will be determined and paid by the Organizer in accordance with applicable tax laws. Any additional costs related to collecting or using the prize (e.g. travel costs to the prize collection location) shall be borne by the winner.
14. The following persons may not participate in the Game:
· executive officers, employees, contractors of the Organizer and their close relatives;
· other direct contributors involved in organizing the Game (including Hungarian businesses in contractual relationship with the Organizer) and their close relatives.
15. Data provision
Neither the Organizer nor other companies participating in the prize game accept responsibility for incorrect or incomplete data provided during data verification, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding such matters. The Organizer provides no warranty regarding the prizes.
16. Publication of the prize game
The prize game is promoted on the Hotel Kristály Ajka Facebook page.
17. Player data provision and consent
By participating, Players give unconditional consent that, as winners of the Game:
· they provide their personal data (name);
· the Organizer may later use their personal data (name, phone number, email address) exclusively for its own marketing activities, market research, and customer information;
· photo, audio, and video recordings may be made of them and the prize handover, which the Organizer and/or its agent may use in whole or in part for advertising purposes without time, territorial, or usage limitations and without compensation;
· materials submitted for the prize game (e.g. images or videos) may later be used by the Organizer for marketing purposes;
· by participating, they explicitly accept all provisions of the Game Rules.
18. Data processing
The Organizer guarantees that data processing is carried out in compliance with applicable laws. By participating in the promotion and providing their data, Players’ data are entered into the Organizer’s database, which is managed and processed by Kristály Hotel Kft. Data provision is voluntary. Kristály Hotel Kft. uses these data exclusively for its own marketing activities, market research, and customer information purposes. Data will not be transferred to third parties without prior notice and consent of the data subject.
The data subject may request deletion of their personal data at any time by mail or email in accordance with applicable data protection and telecommunications laws.
19. Acceptance of the rules
By participating in the Game, Players acknowledge and accept all conditions set out in these Game Rules. Legal action in connection with the Game is excluded.
20. Promotion supporters
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing information to Kristály Hotel Kft. and not to Facebook.
This prize game is not supported by Facebook in any form and is not associated with it. Data provided during the Game are managed by Kristály Hotel Kft. and are not received by Facebook in any form.
21. Right to modification
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes in relation to the announced games.
