General Information
Our hotel staff does everything possible to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay; however, the cooperation of our guests is also essential. Therefore, we consider it necessary to observe and comply with the guidelines set out below.
BEHAVIOR IN THE HOTEL
Please respect the peace and quiet of other guests and avoid loud behavior that may disturb them. Pay special attention to keeping noise levels low after 10:00 PM. Wearing swimwear or bathrobes in the restaurant is not permitted. Restaurant equipment (glasses, plates, cutlery, etc.) and food may not be taken to guest rooms or the pool area.
SAFETY
In case of fire, guests must follow the evacuation route displayed in the room and the instructions of the fire brigade on site. Fire extinguishers are located in the hotel corridors on every floor. In case of fire, guests must immediately alert the reception. Compliance with fire and accident prevention regulations is mandatory for all guests. Any damage resulting from unjustified use of manual fire alarm devices in the hotel building shall be financially the responsibility of the person causing the damage or their legal representative.
The following items may not be brought into the hotel:
• items classified as corrosive or flammable chemicals under current legislation,
• materials classified as fire- or explosion-hazardous under current legislation,
• food and beverages not purchased in the hotel’s shop,
• particularly expensive or high-value valuables or museum items,
• fireworks, firecrackers, and their components.
The hotel excludes liability for damage to items brought in without permission. The guest bears full legal and financial responsibility for any damage or injury caused by such items to other guests, third parties, or the hotel.
The hotel assumes responsibility for valuables only if they are placed in the free safe located behind the reception. When leaving the room, the terrace door must ALWAYS be closed, and please ensure the room door is properly locked.
FOOD ALLERGIES
If you require a special diet, please contact the reception staff (food allergies, vegetarianism, diet meals, paleo meals, etc.).
VISITORS
Only guests registered at reception may stay in hotel rooms. Guests are responsible for the behavior of their visitors, including any damages caused. The hotel excludes liability for damage caused by visitors to guests and/or third parties.
GUESTS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE
Guests under the age of 14 may only use hotel services under the supervision of a parent or another legally competent adult authorized by the parent.
Persons under 18 may not consume alcohol on the hotel premises or at hotel events. The parent or the legally authorized adult accompanying the minor is responsible for ensuring compliance. Legal, moral, and financial consequences arising from violations shall be borne by the parent or authorized adult.
HOTEL EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES
Guests must use hotel equipment and facilities properly. Any damage resulting from improper use must be compensated by the guest upon request, no later than before departure.
Hotel furniture and equipment may not be removed from the premises. Rearrangement of hotel rooms or moving furniture may only be performed by hotel staff or authorized persons.
Removing hotel property without prior written permission constitutes a criminal offense, and the hotel will take the necessary legal steps.
Guests must report any malfunction of hotel equipment or facilities. Guests are not authorized to repair or attempt to repair faults themselves. The hotel excludes liability for damage resulting from such actions.
SMOKING
The hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited in hotel rooms (including balconies), common areas, and all outdoor areas belonging to the hotel, except for designated smoking areas.
LOST ITEMS
Lost items may be handed in at reception, where they are recorded. Food, food-type items, and medicines will be destroyed. Other items are stored for 6 months. The rightful owner may collect the item upon presenting identification, signing for it, and reimbursing storage costs. Items that cannot be stored due to size, weight, or other properties will be handed over to the local authority.
HOTEL LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES
The hotel expressly draws guests’ attention to storing cash, valuables, and securities in the in-room safe. The hotel assumes responsibility for valuables only if placed in the free safe behind reception.
If the safe does not function or is used improperly, the guest must inform reception immediately. The guest bears responsibility for damage resulting from failure or delay in notification.
The hotel is liable for damage to other items brought by guests only if the damage occurs in areas typically used by guests, such as the hotel room, corridor, or parking lot.
The hotel’s liability is limited to a maximum of fifty times the daily room rate paid by the guest.
The hotel is exempt from liability if it proves the damage was caused by unavoidable reasons beyond the control of guests and staff, or if the damage was caused by the guest.
Guests use hotel facilities, wellness services, and other services properly and at their own risk, taking into account their own health, physical, and mental condition. The hotel excludes liability for damages arising from improper use or use not consistent with the guest’s actual condition.
Guests may request a wake-up call at their own responsibility. This is a courtesy service and not part of the hotel’s contractual services. The hotel assumes no liability for damages resulting from failure to provide or delay in providing a wake-up call.
